Frequently Asked Questions

Can you mill logs that are already on my property?

Yes. As long as there is safe access for our milling equipment, we can process your downed trees on-site. We can mill them into custom slabs, beams, or standard dimensional lumber based on your project needs.

How do I know if my logs are suitable for milling?

Most hardwoods (Oak, Walnut, Cherry) make excellent lumber. We look for logs that are relatively straight and free of metal (nails/fencing). We can perform an on-site assessment to determine the yield and quality of your timber before we begin.

What sizes of firewood do you offer?

Our standard splits are approximately 16” in length. However, we can accommodate custom cut lengths (12”, 18”, etc.) for specific stove sizes upon request. We sell by the full cord, half cord, third cord, or in smaller bundles.

Is your firewood seasoned and ready to burn?

Yes. We prioritize seasoned hardwood to ensure it burns clean and produces maximum heat. We also offer "green" wood at a lower rate for customers who prefer to season it themselves for future seasons.

Do you offer stacking services for delivery?

Yes. While standard delivery is a driveway drop, we offer stacking as an optional add-on. We can stack your wood in a designated rack or area to keep your property organized and your wood off the ground.
