How do you handle property protection during heavy tree removals?

We utilize specialized ground protection mats to prevent yard rutting and use controlled rigging techniques to ensure heavy limbs never impact your home, fence, or landscaping. We treat your property like it’s our own.

What is your policy if it rains or snows on my scheduled day?

Safety and quality are our priorities. If weather makes a job unsafe or would result in yard damage (like mowing a saturated lawn), we will notify you via text/email and automatically move you to the next available clear day.

Do you provide 'Certificate of Insurance' (COI) for commercial or HOA jobs?

Yes. While we are fully insured, we understand that commercial entities and HOAs often require a formal COI. Just let us know during the bidding process, and we can have our agent send one over.

How do you handle underground utilities before a stump grinding or excavation?

For any job involving sub-surface work, we coordinate with Missouri One Call (Dig Right) to have your underground lines marked. This is a non-negotiable safety step we handle for you.

Do you offer emergency storm response?

Yes. If a tree hits your home or blocks your driveway after hours, call our main line (816-933-3343). Emergency calls are prioritized over standard maintenance to ensure our community stays safe.

Can I get a 'contactless' estimate and service?

Absolutely. Most of our bidding is done outdoors. We can provide a digital estimate via email/text, perform the work while you’re at work, and accept secure digital payments online.
