Our Current Positions

Lead Arborist

 

  • Role: Technical climbing and precision cutting.

  • Pay: Competitive Project-Based Rates.

  • Status: 1099 Subcontractor (Must have own climbing gear & insurance).

 

Arborist Groundman

 

  • Role: The engine of the operation. Rigging, bucking timber, operating the loader, and hauling debris.

  • Pay: $20 – $25 / hr.

  • Status: 1099 Contractor / Flexible Hours.

 

Field Site Foreman

 

  • Role: The "Site CEO." You coordinate the arborist and groundsman, handle customer walkthroughs, and ensure the job stays on schedule.

  • Pay: $28 – $36 / hr (Based on experience).

  • Status: 1099 Contractor / Project-Based.

  • Bonus: Mileage reimbursement + wear-and-tear stipend for quote visits.

What is the hiring timeline?

We are accepting applications for the next 14–20 days. Top candidates will be contacted for a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview.

What does 1099 status mean?

You will be hired as an Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own tax withholdings. We offer maximum flexibility in exchange for high-level reliability.

Are there guaranteed hours?

Currently, positions are project-based and part-time. As we continue our expansion (and finalize our upcoming HELOC funding), we aim to move core team members toward steady, guaranteed weekly schedules.

Do I need my own tools?

The Foreman and Groundsman will have access to company equipment, though having your own basic PPE is preferred. Subcontracted Arborists are expected to provide their own specialized climbing/cutting gear.
